legislation. All of the Acts, with
the exception of the proposed Constitutional Amendments, will take effect on
August 15, 2009, unless an alternative effective date is set forth.
You may note that some Acts bear the notation, “gov sig”, which indicates
that the Act took effect upon signature of the Governor.
Generally the proposed Constitutional Amendments will be considered on
the November 2010 ballot. If you
