REGISTRATION
 
Registration for the seminar should be received prior to August 1st. The cost is $125 for registrants and elected officials and $60 for a guest or spouse.  Any additional guest would be charged $125.  Registrations received after August 1st will be assessed a $10 late fee.  The registration fee icludes all course material, break refreshments, two luncheons and two social functions.  Full refunds will be made for cancellations by August 1st; thereafter, a $30 cancellation fee will be witheheld.  There will be no refunds once the conference begins.  All checks should be made payable to Organizational of Parish Adminstrative Officials' Conference.
 

ACCOMMODATIONS
 
A block of rooms has been held at the L'Auberge Casino & Resort at a dily rate of $129 per room for reservations made before July 24th.  Participants should make room reservations with the hotel by calling 866-580-7444.  When making resrevations, please use reference number SOPAO12.
