Elected in January 2015 to the Executive Board of the Police Jury Association of Louisiana, Tony Guillory is the owner and operator of Royalty Limousine, doing business for 15 years in the Southwest Louisiana area. A life-long resident of Lake Charles, Mr. Guillory is a graduate of Washington High School. He is employed by Don Harris Agency of State Farm Insurance.

Mr. Guillory is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Lake Charles. He is a member of Family and Friends of Louisiana Incarcerated Children (FFLIC), Foreman-Reynaud Community Center Board of Directors, Knights of Peter Claver #141, and the League of Women Voters. He is an American Red Cross Volunteer.

He was also very instrumental in hurricane recovery efforts following Hurricane Rita. Mr. Guillory served from 2004 to 2008 as a member of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury representing District 4 and was re-elected for the 2012-2016 term. He served as Vice-President of the Police Jury in 2014 and is an active member of various Police Jury Committees, as well as liaison to numerous special service districts, boards and agencies throughout the Parish. On the State level, Mr. Guillory is an at-large member of the Executive Board of the Louisiana Police Jury Association, as well as Vice President and President (2016-2017) of the Black Caucus of the Louisiana Police Jury Association. He was also a member of the Association’s Community Development Committee and the Criminal Justice Committee.

On the national level, Guillory is a member of the National Association of Counties (NACo), and in 2013 was appointed to NACo’s Community, Economic and Workforce Development Steering Committee which helps establish goals and policy priorities of the Association. He was recently appointed as Vice Chair of the Economic Development Subcommittee after having served 2 years as Vice Chair of the Housing Subcommittee, was a member of the Workforce Development Steering Committee and also as NACO’s Membership Committee Vice Chair for the 2016-2017 year.

Mr. Guillory is also a member of the National Association of Black County Officials (NABCo), and the NABCo Legislative Committee. He served as a member-at-large on the Executive Board of NABCo and as Treasurer of the organization.

Guillory states: "Public service and helping others has become an integral part of my life. I know where I came from, what I stand for, and I will not forget those who need help for a better quality of life. In addition, I have an excellent working relationship with all of the other local elected officials and my colleagues on the Police Jury.”
